    Temptation, the bar is in the Hotel. Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.

    family member paid for my room. 2 people listed as staying wanted to use same credit card room was booked with for deposit. There was no place to add another name when booking room . My only issue is I had a different staff member than last time. This staff member kept grinning and eve laughing a littke oddly and innapropriately when I became a bit aggravated. He came across as smug. He kept pointing out the camera whenever I seemed a bit upset . Remember your on camera. Yes I knew that. In any case when I said we were trying to use a different credit card because the deposit from my first stay was still pending to drop off. He grinned and seemed to laugh a little and said check your bank, smugly. The grinning was not appropriate. It's like..so the I'm going to grin and be smug and robotic . So it looks like I'm wonderful on camera and not passive aggresive or inappropriate and this lady checking in is a coo coo for no reason. It was the grin . Just a simple sorry for the inconvenience without laughing at a customers frustration would have been better. I gave him a card with my name on it right away. And then at tge end he asks did you want to add the name of any other people staying in the room? That was the name on the first credit card ...so that odd to ask it once the transaction was over and the laughing ..grin thing. Immature.
