    We had a room on the 9th floor nice view and sunsets. During Stampede time it was more peaceful than a downtown location.

    Great service, great breakfast, great rooms that felt clean. Only downside was the overly fluffy pillows. Ask if they have more firm pillows if you dont do big and floofy ones

    We booked this hotel on our wedding night to enjoy the pool and celebrate. I was still on my wedding dress as we walked in to reception while my husband was carrying so many stuffs from the car. NO ONE helped us from the staff. They told us to get luggage cart and we saw nothing. The front desk girl said sorry cause no more luggage cart available. So we had to carry everything by hand and in a suit and wedding dress!!!!! Most of all, no one informed us that the pool isn’t available. It was drained out when we were there and we looked forward to that thats why we booked with Carriage Inn. It was a sad experience knowing it was our honeymoon. I do not recommend
