    We have stayed here many times and it is always great. One of the best free breakfasts around.

    The bathroom in the newly renovated rooms should be gutted and completely redone - outdated. The carpets in this (same) room should be replaced or removed and replaced by tiles. Overall, nice hotel stay, enjoyed their free breakfast loved the dining room where we ate.

    What an amazing place to stay before we fly out . Great price best breakfast ever. Beds just melt into them and the pillows. Loved this Hotel . Definitely would come back again

    First the keys didn't work to my room so had to lug my luggage back down to get working keys, then tried to make coffee and the keurig wouldn't work, called down to get a new one and they said okay. Finally ordered Tim's delivery and checked at front desk and they didn't have a replacement but would check. They called up later and said they would give us coupons for the coffee and bakery shop, went down later to get it and then they said we could actually just go to the restaurant to get coffee but it doesn't open till 630am. Went out for dinner and bought our left overs and had drinks in the fridge and everything froze, turned fridge down all the way and everything still frozen, the hot tub Jets blow the breaker so you have to get out and go to front desk and ask them to reset it. Towels are not in the pool area so again have to go to front desk to get a towel if you forget before going to the pool. Our bathroom door you need Hulk strength to open and close... just all around not impressed overall as the advertisements made it look more upper scale than what it actually was
