Overall, we had a good stay and the location was excellent, but there are a few things worth noting for future guests.
If you're checking in between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, expect it to be quite busy. During our stay, there appeared to be only one staff member handling check-ins, and the entrance area only accommodates about 3–4 vehicles at a time, which creates a bottleneck during peak arrival hours.
The parking garage also has a posted height restriction of 6.1 ft, although it felt closer to 5.11 ft in practice. Fortunately, there is public parking directly across the street that is both convenient and less expensive.
We stayed in a room with two double beds and three guests. While the room itself was comfortable, the air conditioning struggled to keep up. We had it set to the coldest setting all weekend, but the room never really cooled down. It wasn't uncomfortably warm, but it also wasn't what we expected from a functioning air conditioning system.
One thing to keep in mind is that you're located in the heart of Koreatown, which is a huge plus. The area is full of incredible food options, from delicious ramen shops to fresh sushi restaurants, all within walking distance.
Despite a few minor inconveniences, the location alone made for an enjoyable stay.
