5 night stay at the beach in northern Laguna. Short downhill walk to Crescent beach. About a mile from the heart of downtown Laguna, with all of the restaurants and shops. Facilities were adequate for our stay. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Room was spacious. Bathroom had dual sinks and dual showerheads for two!

When we got there, I traveled with my mom. We ordered food and went to sleep. Baby shower was in the morning. Mom went to take a shower and this rain shower was coming out colder than baby baths. I took one anyway and I assured my mom that it would be taken care of. I also shared with them that my bed was broken. They said no, let's just move it into the right place. I have an extremely bad back and after 2 nights sleeping in this bed I was dreading another night. I had again complained about water Temp as well as the bed, they said that they would take care of it before we returned. Next morning and water still cold. I went down to speak with management and they proceeded to go with me to check out the shower and bed. Still cold and still very broken. Still deny that the bed is broken and because it was a king and my bad back I was unable to lift it to show them. Then I demanded that they have to have other showers, she said you can move to the room next door. Ioh heck no we are checking out the next morning and we are both disabled the thought of moving everything there and then again moving it to the car. I almost lost it. She finally agreed to let us use the connecting room to shower in. No rain shower water actually gets hot. So we did that for Monday and Tuesday morning. As I am still sleeping in the broken bed.
