Nice hotel for an affordable price. I stayed here on a road trip from Colombia to Smokey Mountains. I didn't need anything fancy and this was above expectations. Friendly staff

Nice stay clean rooms good location. My only complaint was the breakfast that’s $15 shouldn’t be $15 more like $8-$10

Room and the rest of the hotel were very clean. There are elevators located at both end of the hall and at the center which was nice. A few times the one elevator was out of service but with others available not a problem. Breakfast bar was decent and quality and selection of food was good. Breakfast was $16 total, but I don't mind paying for a quality breakfast which included real eggs. Also, the breakfast was not overrun by rude kids because it is not free. The pool was nice but could have been a little warmer. Room itself was decent, although on the smaller size. There was no microwave and the refrigerator is not inside a cabinet so I could hear it at night. Climate control worked, but does have a noisy wall unit. Not really an issue because of weather while I was there. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location is decent, there was a little traffic noise, but not awful. Two entrances/exits makes the hotel convenient. Overall, I would rate this hotel high for its cleanliness, location, amenities and staff. I felt it was a good value for the price I paid.
