    Lost power so stayed a few nights to be able to shower, stay warm, and charge our phones! Everything was fine with our stay, minus the false advertising of having a hot tub and complimentary breakfast both of which were told when we got to the hotel to check in! The other strange thing we encountered was in order to get more towels we had to bring our dirty towels down to the front desk to exchange them out for new! We also ran out of shampoo and didn't notice until we were already in the shower! Called front desk to get more and were told the same thing that we needed to bring the empty bottle to the front desk and they'd refill it for us, we had to exit the shower get dressed and go to the front desk and they brought it back to our room my husband was in the bathroom when house keeping and manager arrived at our door stating that they had to replace the shampoo bottle themselves! We declined and ended up waiting to take a shower at the next hotel instead! Just very strange and a very big inconvenience! That was definitely a first time experience for us!

    I reserved here because the reviews were excellent. As we drove up we noticed a group of people with some children outside an entrance to the bldg, sitting on the ground with an assortment of garbage bags/possesions piled next to them. It was very humid, in the mid-eighties. We checked in, then came and went a few times, and the people were there all afternoon into the evening. Don’t know if they were homeless but it was not a good look for the inn. The room had a febreeze-type odor when we arrived. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner.
