    If you pay a lot because of a football game or other event, I can see how you might be disappointed. If you pay a non-event price, this comfortable, clean, and well-run hotel is excellent value.

    in room *** next to hotel stairs. thoroughfare for other guests problematic when early morning drinks return to their rooms or early morning risers callously drag down their roller luggage bags (guess there isn't an elevator??) eitherway the hotel seems to cater for ppl w certain IQ levels. swimming pool shut which I don't think i was pre-warned about. coin laundry but no vendings for Tide detergent... went to 7 cities for my 1 month US trip and at $*** for 3 nights this hotel represented the worst value by far. staff were cool about letting me check out at midday rather than 11 tho.
