Very clean. Great breakfast. Fast elevators. The hotel itself was great. The staff is not that knowledgeable and not that friendly, but the facility is amazing.

I stay at this property often for work. It’s clean, fairly comfortable, and safe. Location is good for the Andover area.

Besides our initial difficulty locating the hotel (behind construction in the parking lot, behind a coffee shop, barely visible from the road -- needs better signage), this was an exemplary Holiday Inn Express. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-maintained, good breakfast. I'd stay here again.
