Perfect location to downtown Mystic, outstanding Staff are so very warm, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are extremely clean and updated. Rates are reasonable for such a beautiful place as Mystic! Well designed budget hotel in an expensive resort area. Clean and the room has convenient features like cubbies and a sink area separate from the bath. Breakfast is simple but well done -- bagels, muffins. And good coffee. Walls of the place are concrete blocks do it could be noisy.

We have stayed here several times in the last couple of years. It's a budget hotel that's been redone by Hilton. Like the layout of the room and convenience of things like cubbies and outlets In the room. Generally clean, but the last two times now we've experienced a mildewy smell coming from the bathroom, probably an issue with the air handling or possibly the drain. We just kept the door closed. But I'm thinking I won't stay here again until the resolve the mildew smell issue
