Hotel could use some updates. Some things that need to be replaced have simply been repaired but it's clear that the repairs should be temporary but no indication of permanent repair/replacement (carpet in halls, bath floor, etc). The mattresses also need to be replaced.

Hotel is showing its wear a bit. Nice folks working there. Would stay again for staying on a cheaper budget but would look to other hotels closer to the action downtown
