The first room they gave my partner and I reeked of cigarette smoke. They relocated us to another room and when we shut the door we immediately noticed a roach crawling on the back side of the door. We were told we would have to wait until the following morning to ask for a refund. If I was not in a financial position to afford it I would be stuck without a room for the night.

The Staff was taking a personal call while checking me in. Lack of customer service. The room had holes in the walls, wires sticking out and the heat didn’t work in the room. The covers had stains on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. There was no soap in the restroom or tissue. I had to get my own.

For what it's worth the location was convenient for getting food and a gas station a couple blocks away, the room was decent. Definitely had water damage over the air conditioner, which worked well. A few of the towels were stained and not the best quality. But it served my purpose.

For the cost of the room it was an okay stay. I don’t think I would choose it again. Needs a lot of upgrades and repair. The smoke alarm was beeping for battery replacement. I called the front desk to make them away and I was told to just rip it from the wall. The bathroom light kept coming on.. the AC was cracked. All in all it served its purpose.. but I’ll choose different next time.

Almost everything in the room was broken. From sink not draining to shower curtain half down, to no microwave and being told we'd get one in a day or so. Next door neighbors kids screamed throughout the nights, clearly addicts living in the hotel. Breakfast stuff gets locked up before time, which is 9:30 even on weekends.

I enjoyed every aspect of my visit and the hotel stay I only had ..one disappointment.. the towels.. The towels should be sent out to a cleaning service to be cleaned. We depend on the white clean and fluffy towels.

It was not the most expensive but for what I paid it was all right. There were no working ice machines, but they did have a somewhat decent continental breakfast.

When we arrived, we were put in a room that was going to be redone. The only furniture in the room was the bed, desk, and office type chair. No other chair or table. We ordered food out, and one of us had to stand to eat. The shower faucet constantly ran water, bathroom was dirty, a half of small tube of shampoo and one tiny bar of soap. Carpet terrible. The front desk person told me it was the way it was going to be. Next day we got another room. It had a chair and footrest. But no towel rack at all in BR, toilet paper holder was mounted on counter next to sink where you brush your teeth. Again, one soap for both handwashing a bathing. Breakfast minimal, eggs and juice were terrible. Ice machine only on 2nd floor.

NO COFFEE MAKER. NO ICE THE SHOWER WAS ALMOST FALLING A PART AT THE CONTROL. HAVE TO ASK FOR FRESH TOWELS. TV HAD NO REMOTE AND HAVE TO ASK FOR IT. THE FRIDGE WAS BOT WORKING CORRECTLY MEANING NOT COOL SO HAD TO ASK TO FIX IT. NO DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE HAVE TO PURCHASE THATS 2.50US

The rooms are out dated and the beds are very uncomfortable only one elevator worked and customers were complaining that they got stuck on the elevator. I will never stay there again
