Staff as was great. Room was great except the cold water did not work in the shower, water was only super HOT!! Had to use the tub. All the servers were super slow, except for our severs in the Nikai restaurant, the two ladies were awsome… and the food was great.

We initially booked what we thought was a seaside suite however when we went to check in we were told we booked a golf course view. It was booked through a third party which gave the wrong description. Cheeca was kind enough to upgrade us to the room we thought we booked at no extra charge. We are thrilled with the beautiful view, excellent restaurants and friendly and helpful staff. We would highly recommend staying at Cheeca and feel it is a fantastic spot in the keys!

A great place, but the rooms need attention! Everything about our room was old - flooring, fixtures and furniture. Not good for *** a night room! I had an air conditioner vent fall on me in the room. Maintenance was there quickly to secure the vent properly. I did visit a Casita / Villa, where a friend was staying, and it was new and well appointed!
