My stay was a complete waste of gime and money. Me and my girlfriend came to get awsy and focus on each other and all night long we could hear people cussing and rappping outside our window and even caught two people staring threw our window cause our blinds wouldnt shut all the way, real romantic and extremely embarassing having complete strangers see you naked. My girlfriend took it out on me and blamed me....i want a refund for at least one night for the free peepshow

The hotel is downtown by the courthouse and has a lot of parking. The rooms have no microwave or refrigerator and the ac in the room barely gets cool (room 602) It was very quiet and no sirens or noise. The beds have a sheet and a thin bed spread while not enough pillows on the beds. The bed was hard and lumpy. We did not sleep well at all. The towels and wash cloths were dingy. The pool was also closed although advertised to be open. I would not stay here again.

Housekeeping entered room without knocking. Also ignored the do not disturb hanger on the door. One of staff tries grooming my daughter. He would wait until I walked out of my room to pretend he was housekeeping. He let himself in with a key and rubbed through her hair numerous times on different days. When I told the other staff they asked me to leave their hotel.

The only things needed in hotel: safety, bed, shower!!!! This hotel needs a major cleaning and refurbish. One of the elevators had been shut down since August of 2024, the pool was closed, the carpets were dirty, the blankets were old and worn. There were stains and peeling paint everywhere, bulging paint and spackling from water leaks, rusted fixtures... Sinks backed up..I won't stay here again.

Staff is the nicest. Can’t complain on them a bit. The building is old. One elevator doesn’t work. And the other that does, has an EXPIRED inspection certificate of operation. Disgusting hotel, disgusting “breakfast”, disturbing elevator, should he condemned. Guests were loud and obnoxious all hours of the night. Sheets are all stained with bodily fluids.

The bed had huge yellow stains on the sheets. There was hair in the bedding. Room was dirty. Property pictures are not accurate. Probably from the previous hotel owner. Pool closed probably permanently. It seems that most clients live there. It smelled bad everywhere. The receptionist was very polite and understanding

I do have to say the hotel was very affordable, but you do get what you pay for. Pool was closed, there was only milk cereal, toast, and waffles for breakfast (everything else was gone), 1 elevator in bad shape, 1 elevator broken, and a drain fly infestation (look up drain fly, they are actually easy to get rid of).

The room served its purpose. The room (and the entire place) is outdated. Our bathroom door wouldn't close. The room wasn't aesthetically pleasing to look at. When we checked in, there was a flickering light that we could see. No one was in a rush to repair it.

Great italian restaurant beside it. Thats the positive of this review. Bathtub had sewage in it. Had front desk down to look at it. They got it to drain... when i took shower it filled back up I washed with wash cloth... i would only go back for italian food and stay elsewhere.

This is the kind of hotel you check in, bolt the door, move a piece of furniture to further secure the door, don't touch anything and hope you are not murdered in the night. This place should be investigated by the police because I am certain there is illegal activity going on that is NOT family friendly. We checked in late around midnight following a college graduation. Neither elevators were working, the desk clerk went up the stairs and came down the elevator with a very "guilty" looking man who ran out the door. The room was GROSS, the overhead light only strobed, the TV did not work, everything was coated with nicotine despite being a non-smoking hotel, the hot water as luke warm at best, the bathroom fixtures were all loose, the towels were probably 30 yeas old, the bed covering was more like a table cloth. We could hear fighting on the street below and random people walking the hallways all night long knocking on doors. Expedia should end their relationship with this place. Innocent travelers should not be subjected to this hotel. Whatever income they receive, it is obvious no money goes into the upkeep of the facility. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel did not provide the basics for the customer. The refrigerator did not work; it was throwing water. The room was super hot; the AC was off. There were not enough pillows. The water was coming from the shower, and the sink was yellow-rusty. The room conditions was horrible. Finally, the breakfast was just waffles and cereal and very limited 5 brgels, no fruit no bread, and the machine to do waffles did not work.

The hotel is outdated. All the facilities and supplies are very old, cracks on the wall, and even the bedsheets and towels are old with some stains. We just stayed one night. The mattress is very soft, and the AC was loud. Complimentary breakfast only provided with sliced bread, tea/coffee/milk. We were assigned to a non-smoking room but clearly there was strong smoking odor. Overall, it's not maintained well and really didn't meet the bare minimum requirements of a hotel.
