The woman at the Front desk clearly did not like her job. All the charm of a garden gnome. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Room smelled funky. Carpets a little gross. Which is sad bc this place used to be ok.

The room smelled so bad the entire stay & there were bugs in the bathroom. This made us not want to full relax into our room or even eat there.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my families recent stay at your hotel. During our visit, my cousin woke up to find ants crawling all over him due to a severe ant infestation in the room. This was not only disturbing but completely unacceptable for any guest to experience. While your staff did move them to another room, the way the situation was handled afterward was even more disappointing. When I addressed the issue of being charged for a night in which they had to endure an ant infestation, the front desk attendant (Monica or Maria) very rudely dismissed the concern, stating—and I quote—“we all have an ant problem.” Not only was this an unprofessional and insensitive response, but it also demonstrated a complete lack of care for guest comfort and safety. This experience has left me with no confidence in your hotel’s standards of cleanliness or customer service. I will not have my family stay here again when they visit, nor will I recommend your property to anyone. I strongly encourage you to address both the pest control issues and the customer service training of your staff. Guests deserve respect and a clean, safe environment when staying at a hotel.

The continental breakfast was top-rate. Customer service and friendliness of the staff was great. The bed linen did smell of chemicals. There were rust marks in the bathroom around fixtures and I saw more than one small bug crawling on the wall

I was expecting a better standard. We checked in with ease. No issues... our initial room had ants by the ac unit. We asked for another room which was ok. The shower needed some attention. The room and hotel seem dated . The pool is small sized but could be cleaner. Breakfast is basic . The beds were comfy which was the best part

The room was excellent for the 2 nights we were their I over all had a great stay just if the people working would be more friendly 🙄 the security guard that was at the entrance Sunday July 20th 2025 just plain rude we showed up and said hello and he completely ignored me and my husband then we went out for dinner and I said bye and again once again ignored when he clearly made eye contact my husband even said why say hi or bye if he’s ignoring you… receptionist Saturday night was also not the best I just ignored him I definitely won’t be staying here again time to give another hotel a chance I guess unless these employees learn some courtesy and At least respond a hello or good bye

Registration.. we arrived 1-hour early and understood check-un was at 3:00pm yet we come in when Lobby was in full clean mode. Chairs ontop of table, Dirty Linens outside on the floor of laundry room and cleaning carts parked in the hotel lobby hallway. The yound lady behind counter wasnt friendly at first but slowly warmed up (at the end of transaction) then told her we have to check out Saturday, 1-day early which came with a curt "you'll still be charged for that day" which I understood from previous Expedia.com bookings. She then spoke spanish while interacting with staff about our rooms or something. We patiently waited in the small lobby yet felt unwelcomed then other guest checked un before us possibly due to they only had 1-room while we booked 2 rooms. While waiting you could see the leather stools had rips/white fray on the edges plus scratches the legs. Disappointed because its a "Hilton Hotel" plus called "Hampton" only got worse. The Hallway carpets are old, dark and dingy plus not laying straight. The wall paper or covering are peeling back at the seems both rooms - pretty obvious and if you look at the walls seems its pretty bad finish work. Both desk were flimsy, as if it break if literally used it for work projects (laptop, files, books) yet okay to hold snacks and drinks. Both desk chairs felt if it was bought at 2nd Hand Auction. Then my room key (317) was intermitently working to the point, rekeyed 3/4 times which eventually them changed battery in door

I like that they tried to serve eggs different ways in continental breakfast. I didn't like they only had two towels in bathroom but provided xtra ones happily when requested. All house keepers were very friendly and provided what needed right away.
