    We needed a place to stay for the night and managed to get a room here. The king bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was fine. The pancakes were really good.

    The beds were a little harder than I'm used to. The hair dryer had a short I think, because you had to hold the ON button in for it to work. The shower was great and I even talked to the owner about getting one. The breakfast was pretty good, considering a lot of places have cut back. Like some places they didn't have tea bags but I always bring my own. Refrigerator and microwave in room were good, considering some places have dropped microwaves. No coffee in room, but they did have some in the lobby. They had drink and snack machines in lobby. Several restaurants and bars nearby. Gas station next door.

    Around early midnight hour, was preparing to go to bed. I Cleaned a spot on the wall near the tissue holder. It was poop. Then I looked up and realized that what I thought was rust on the bathroom door frame was actually smeared and dried poop. It was horrible. I told staff. They sincerely apologized and informed me that they had no vacancies. It was a terrible ordeal.

    The light fixtures were placed weird. I couldn’t lock the door using the deadbolt so it didn’t feel safe to me. There were no coffee packets or other basic amenities in the room. Breakfast was small not many choices compared to other hotels in the area.
