    I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Philadelphia. Overall, the stay was fine, but I was disappointed with the check-in experience. I arrived about one hour before the official check-in time, and the receptionist charged me an additional $20 for early check-in. Unfortunately, I was never provided with a receipt for this charge, despite paying the fee. I understand that hotels may charge for early check-in, but proper documentation and transparency are important. This experience left me feeling a little disappointed and could have been handled bette

    The hotel is very nice and clean. They were doing room/hotel renovations and everything still stayed pretty clean. The workers didn't make a big mess, they weren't that noisy, and deserve a lot of praise for how they work and how they keep their work space! The location is great, and the bus stop is right out front. No complaints about the location. The restaurant/bar didn't have a bartender when I went. The guy from the front desk was working the desk and the bar which wasn't good in my opinion. I understand it was Tuesday night and you probably aren't that busy on Tuesdays, but one guy shouldn't be working two jobs. I just so happened to need a drink at the same time he was checking someone in and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for him to finish wot them before I even got my drink. You need a bartender on all the time. If your worried they aren't going to make enough money because you don't have enough customers on a Tuesday night, pay them an hourly rate plus tips. The bar/restaurant also opened at 4pm. What about lunch? Or Brunch? I wanted to wake up to mammosa one morning and was very disappointed. Then the only other complaint I have it about the staff. Please don't think I'm saying that they were horrible, because they weren't. It's just that a couple of them (particularly the front desk lady and the general manager) could use some classes on how to speak to guest without a condescending undertone. Night just once but a few times I would talk to them each (separately) they would both talk to me like I didn't know anything, or as if I'm a liar. I don't know how to really explain it any better but when ever I spoke with one of those two people I walked away feeling like they thought they were better than me. I don't even know if they realize their doing it, it just "gave me a bad taste in my mouth". Working at a hotel and in either one of their roles because they are both VERY important, you should be happy. You should listen to your guest. You should WATCH THE TONE OF YOUR VOICE because HOW you say things really does matter. Everything else about my stay was exceptional! I LOVED the pool (could have been a little warmer), and the gym. I would love to go back soon!
