    We took our kids to Sesame Street and booked a hotel for two nights for our family. We arrived late that evening and discovered that the beds had tiny cushions instead of proper pillows. After sleeping on them, we all woke up with sore necks. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they said they would replace the pillows. However, because of the uncomfortable experience, we decided to check out a day earlier than planned.

    I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Philadelphia. Overall, the stay was fine, but I was disappointed with the check-in experience. I arrived about one hour before the official check-in time, and the receptionist charged me an additional $20 for early check-in. Unfortunately, I was never provided with a receipt for this charge, despite paying the fee. I understand that hotels may charge for early check-in, but proper documentation and transparency are important. This experience left me feeling a little disappointed and could have been handled bette
