    I was amazed with the beautiful view from the rooftop. Easy access to everywhere and close to 2 main parking only 5 minutes walking from hotel.

    Great staff , room 31 is amazing, nice and comfy bed , great Views from patio. This tops all of our expectations ! Words can not describe how nice this place is . A for amazing .

    Hotel is very near main square with buses and taxis. Stayed in a standard room, which was very comfortable with nice bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast and rooftop terrace with food, drink and a lovely view. Helpful staff on reception.

    I loved Carlos V hotel, it’s a very beautiful building. The location is perfect, right in the center of the old town. My stay was stained by the receptionist during checkout. She appeared to be delaying (or hoping to not have to deal with me, an Asian man), trying her best to stayed busy and helped other customers that’s already being helped by another agent. Even the other client gestured towards me that she should help me, but no, she chose to ignore my presence and insisted to help the other party of that group. I’m disappointed. I could have really enjoyed my stay. It’s unfortunate and I try both to let it ruin my vacation.
