A lovely apartment

Lovely property for 2 people - very comfy bed

The bathroom was too small - a tiny shower. As Hinterthal has no shops I thought that more than 2 toilet rolls could have been provided as well and more than one dishwasher tablet. It would also have been nice to have a spray cleaner for the work tops and bathroom

Best accommodation .

This accommodation was perfect for us ( 2 family 4 adults and 6 children). Apartment was very spacious , with everything you need for cooking for wash and dry your clothes even sauna. Good matrass and large bad (for me is very important after long and active day to have comfortable bad) Good location, near to ski lift and ski school . Definitely next year we come back.

fijn appartement op loopafstand van de lift in Hinterthal, mooi midden in het Hochkonig gebied!

het kluisje bleek geblokkeerd. De organisatie heeft ons heel vriendelijk geholpen tot we het uiteindelijk toch zelf konden openen middels een zakmes. De lokatie ligt 10 minuten lopen van de skilift .

in het appartement was het ontzettend warm en droog. Tegen onze gewoonte hebben wij continu twee ramen open gehad omdat we zelf de temperatuur niet konden regelen, zonde van de energie.

Kitűnő kutyás apartman a Hochkönig régió szívében.

Szép, újszerű épület, kívül-belül stílusos közvetlenül Hinterthal központjában. Kényelmes jól felszerelt apartman, kis füves kerttel a nagy terasz előtt, ahová jó kiülni enni, kávézni vagy napozni a gyönyörű hegyeket látva (Top2 és Top3). Kutyával utaztunk, ő is nagyon élvezte a kis kertet. A szálláson kapott Hochkönig kártyával ingyen használtuk a környék felvonóit.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten alles zufrieden stellend

Soweit sehr zufrieden bis auf wie unten beschrieben

Warmwasser hat sehr sehr lange gebraucht und bei Einzug in das Apartment waren in der Dusche/Bad und auf den Betten noch Haare, Türen und Fenster zur Straße sehr laut da keine Dichtung vorhanden

الحمدلله كانت شقة جيدة و القرية جميلة بس صغيرة مافيها شي و مكتوب فالشقة انها ما تحتوي على مكيف و هذي ما اشوف انها سلبية لأنهم كاتبين هذا الشي

السلبيات ك عائلة خليجية حجزنا الدور الارضي اللي فيه اربع غرف اول شي تصميم الحمامات كرمتوا سيئء و يمكن لأن مافي كثير عوائل تحجز اربع غرف بس المكان ابدا ما كان نظيف كنا نشوف عناكب على السقف و صراصير تحت السرير و ما كان في استقبال او اهتمام كثير منهم لكن هذي على حسب الشخص مرات تكون ايجابية و مرات سلبية بس لازم تتواصلون معاهم قبل ما توصلون الشقة غير هذي السلبيات الشقة تعتبر مريحة ك نوم و جلسة

المنطقة جميلة وهادية وبارده مقارنه باللي حولها من مناطق

الشقة يعيبها عدم الاهتمام بالنظافه وصغررحجم الحمام كان جدا صغير ، مافي ابدا عازل للصوت كل اصوات الشارع عندك . البلكونه كميه قذاره ابدا مش نظيييفة . صعوبه فهم نظام المفاتيح وفتح الابواب عندهم وكان الكتروني ببنرنامج اخذنا وقت لفتح الباب ولم يتم توضيح ذلك من قبلهم قبل الوصول . لم نر احد من الموظفين طوال فترة اقامتنا

Mooie accommodatie op prachtige plek!

Mooi en modern ingericht appartement en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Bijzondere indeling met een soort moderne bedstee boven en kledingkast in hal, maar prima. In de koelkast stond een fles bubbels en bruiswater; erg leuk! Mooie omgeving. Top dat de Hochkönigspas inbegrepen was en bus en kabelbanen gratis waren!

Het bed en het kussen vonden wij wat zacht. Wij waren in voorseizoen (begin juni) en nog erg stil in Hinthertal. Voor vertier is Maria Alm dan net even gezelliger. Kun je prima met de auto of bus naartoe.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und es waren keinerlei Gebrauchsspuren erkennbar. Töpfe, Besteck, Teller etc. waren top. Die Entfernung zum Skilift ist nicht weit, es fährt auch ein Skibus direkt gegenüber vom Haus. Die Terrasse und der kleine Garten sind besonders für Hundebesitzer gut geeignet. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Im Badezimmer wären ein paar Haken mehr für die Handtücher angebracht. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Klasse Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit wenigen, eher unbedeutenden Abstrichen.

Sehr schöne, großzügige und gemütliche FeWo in ruhiger Lage. Alles wirkt sehr neu, sauber und wertig. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt! Bei der Austattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Reinigungsmittel und -geräte sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Skiraum stehen neben abschließbaren Skischränken mit beheizten Skischuhhaltern auch Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. Für die eigenen Sachen ist in der Wohnung mehr als genügend Stauraum vorhanden. Es gibt gemütliche Sitzecken in Küche und Mittel(Wohn-)zimmer, zwei Fernseher und einen ... ... superschönen Balkon mit Blick auf das Steinerne Meer. Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Fußläufig gibt es einige Einkehrmöglichkeiten zur Auswahl. Der Skilift ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (Hochmaisbahn als Einstieg ins Skigebiet Hochkönig - ca. 500m), die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür, der Skiverleih ist ca. 150m entfernt. Da es im Ort an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fehlt, finden wir das Angebot für die Brötchen- und Frühstücksbevorratung durch den Vermieter sehr gut. (Wir hatten allerdings alles Notwendige dabei.) PS: Danke für den Begrüßungssecco :-)

Leider fehlt der direkte persönliche Kontakt, sowohl bei der Buchung als auch bei der Schlüsselübergabe oder einfach so vor Ort. Das ist sehr schade und macht die Sache eher unpersönlich. Das Badezimmer ist zwar ausreichend aber sehr klein und beengt, das hätte man baulich vielleicht etwas besser lösen können. Die Wohnung war sehr warm, leider lässt sich die Temperatur nicht regulieren - außer über das Fenster. Im Ort fehlt es an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darauf sollte man sich einstellen.

Tolle saubere Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung!

Das Appartment war angenehm groß und wirklich top ausgestattet. Es war alles ordentlich gepflegt und sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Aber das beste ist die Lage. Man braucht zu fuß nur 5 Minuten zum Schilift. Würde definitiv wieder hier nächtigen, wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe.
