Location, cleanliness, milk/cookies and water etc left for us. Ease of access and able to access earlier than expected. Communication was fabulous too ! Thanks to all … 😀
No air con ( but I did know this beforehand ). Builders drilling ( loudly ) 8am onwards on the bottom floor as renovating the property.

Fabulous apartment in centre of Redondela. Great facilities in the property. Great to have a washing machine.
No air on, so windows open - which would have been fine except unfortunately there were some extremely noisy folk celebrating from 2am to 4am in the street/nearby apartment. (Totally not the fault of the apartment!)

Caveat, this was a last-minute booking. I had to cancel the booking because the owner was unreachable through the phone number given once booking is confirmed. Messages were also unanswered.
Reviews were excellent but this property is not suitable for last minute bookings. Later on the owner answered and said that he did not receive or see the booking.
