It is a spacey apartment in a good location, except for the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor that leaves smell and garbage. The staff is very friendly and responds quickly.

Self catering and location and price.
The boiler - needing fixing (staff great) but then you had to turn all hot taps on to fire the boiler up. Then depending on who in the building had their taps on the water pressure wold drop and turn boiler off.
