The staff were helpful and friendly. Location quite good as a short walking diatance to a tram stop and the cable car. It's not too far a walk into the centre of town either!

Confusion with booking through Booking.com and what I paid. If you book though Booking.com you need to use a credit card which means you are charged at the bank rate. However this means that you will be charged the bank rate and not the the parallel market rate so almost double what you are quoted. If you therefore insist on paying cash the hotel rack rate is considerably more that the Booking.com rack rate. Something to be aware of i.e. pay cash but the rate will be higher than what Booking.com advertise at!

La ubicación era bastante buena, el hotel fue muy confortable y el personal muy eficiente.

No me permitieron pagar en efectivo al precio acordado por booking, según ellos porque dejaron de trabajar con booking. Pude cancelar las reservas, salvo una. El pago en efectivo, en este país, es mucho más favorable.

Wi-fi vardı ama çalışmıyordu. Kahvaltı çeşidi azdı. Birkaç çeşit peynir, zeytin, omlet ve Oran şehrindeki güzel börekler kahvaltıya eklenebilir. Saç kurutma makinası yoktu. Katlara çay, kahve ve sıcak su için makine konabilir.
