Lovely old building, with a great modern interior.

The location was perfect as it was right in the centre of the town, which is why we chose it. The property was smart and clean throughout. A great base for exploring east and west Lindsey.
A couple more local eateries or cafes would be good but with the present economic situation, particularly for hospitality, probably not possible.

Perfect, our second stay. Delightful cottage beautifully decorated and appointed. Location perfect for visiting family in the area.

Clean, provisions left, comfy beds shower
Patio was cramped, by the bins and stark. The rubbish Wheely bin was full when we arrived and wasn't due to be emptied until after we left. The kitchen was cramped and a poor layout. The town was a lot more run down than expected. No decent place to eat, couldn't order food at the pub and the market was tiny and uninspiring. Alford has little to offer unless you just need a base.
