Location .. location.. location and lovely fire. Fantastic spot for sunset.

Shower drains slow .. but not really a big problem.

It’s at the end of the harbour in a lovely location, you can see boat floating on the sea in one direction and then the moors in another followed by the rest of the harbour. It’s magical, very well equipped with plenty of space, a large bathroom with amazing views. It’s a lovely place to come and unwind after weeks of hard work. Even with the point below we would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately there is a smell of cigarette smoke that is always hanging around in the kitchen/living area. It’s the 1st thing you notice when entering the property. Myself and my wife dont smoke. Also, when we arrived at 4.30pm the floors in the bathroom and the bedroom were wet, I guess just cleaned. But the floor in the bedroom was still wet at 11pm, which wasn’t ideal. And the bed sheets seemed damp.

Lovely welcome basket, nice clean sheets on the bed. Location was lovely..beautiful sunsets and very quiet position.

Place needed a deep clean; cobwebs around fireplace etc. , also lots on the outside decking area. Ended up cleaning these ourselves so we could enjoy the space. Sofa, cushions, chair covers, blanket were grubby/stained and there were hairs/crumbs on the single chair. Railing leading up to the steps needs to be more secure. One of the kitchen door knobs fell off into the drainer and smashed a glass..these def need attention. Could do with better standard of outdoor furniture and could def make more of the outdoor space.
