the staff is very nice and helpful, especially the young lady Ferihan, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Forum mall, the breakfast is correct and rich in cheeses, do not hesitate to visit the hotel, you will feel at home

What we really like was the room cleaning and kitchen staff. They were courteous and helpful to the point they would use their own mobiles to translate Turkish for us.
first of all, they said to pay at the property. When we reached there by 10 am they had already withdrawn the total amount. Second, there was a dog next to the hotel property that kept barking during the night for the entirety of the stay. We couldn't sleep at all. Third of all, what they advertise for the hotel is not what you will see in reality. The hotel is situated in an area full of garages. Fourth, the management needs to upscale their communications skill. Basic English is not even understood. Fifth, they are very stringent with complimentary necessities like water or iron and iron board. Finally, the price we paid doesn't match the stay we received.
