All the department was in very good condition. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. The attention from our host was very good. We were very comfortable and happy during our stay.

The property is in a great location! It’s walking distance to the public beach, and Ubers are readily available because of its close proximity to the RIU hotel. There’s also an Oxxo next door. So it’s very convenient.

The pool was not available in the building where I stayed. The staff let me know I could go to another building to access the pool there. In the mornings, the pool of the other building had a really strong sewer smell, so it was hard to enjoy the pool area. It was also unkept. The tables were dirty, garbage was not picked up daily, which attracted a lot of insects. The pool also did not look like it was cleaned daily. Finally, the staff was very responsive, but did not offer any solutions to requests without a more expensive option. The apartment itself was nice but too many issues around the entire building and the experience.
