The host was so kind and so helpful. She accommodated us in severals ways from staying an additional day to fixing the shower head in one of the bathrooms. The condo was spotless, spacious and had everything that we needed in the kitchen since we cooked every meal. The rooftop pool was a really nice thing to have also. We spent time up there each day as well as walking to the beach which was about 5 minutes away. We had a wonderful time in the unit and would gladly stay there again.

The really bad club music in the pool area in the middle of the afternoon. All the guest at the pool were well over 60 yet teeny bopper music was being played relentlessly over the speakers. None of us were into it. Some chill Bossa Nova would have been better received.

The property is in a great location! It’s walking distance to the public beach, and Ubers are readily available because of its close proximity to the RIU hotel. There’s also an Oxxo next door. So it’s very convenient.

The pool was not available in the building where I stayed. The staff let me know I could go to another building to access the pool there. In the mornings, the pool of the other building had a really strong sewer smell, so it was hard to enjoy the pool area. It was also unkept. The tables were dirty, garbage was not picked up daily, which attracted a lot of insects. The pool also did not look like it was cleaned daily. Finally, the staff was very responsive, but did not offer any solutions to requests without a more expensive option. The apartment itself was nice but too many issues around the entire building and the experience.
