La posizione era perfetta per le nostre esigenze.
L’ingresso dello stabile è visivamente piacevole ma maleodorante. L’appartamento è spazioso, ma non del tutto curata la pulizia.

L'appartamento è grande e ben fornito, al quinto piano e servito da ascensore, perfetto nei suoi spazi per due coppie e in generale per chi abbia come obiettivo la visita a località non necessariamente nel centro di Roma. Per noi che dovevamo andare al Parco della Musica ed a Villa Adriana (Tivoli) con mezzi propri è stato semplicemente perfetto. Il quartiere è vivace e vivibile, ricco di negozi e locali, nonché di parcheggi liberi e a pagamento. Arrivare è stato facile ed il self check-in è filato liscissimo grazie alle istruzioni precise del gentilissimo host. Sicuramente consigliamo a chiunque si trovi nelle stesse nostre esigenze!
Non siamo andati in centro, ma il navigatore indica una media di 40min coi mezzi pubblici che forse qualcuno potrà giudicare un ostacolo, ma d'altra parte Uber e taxi servono tranquillamente la zona e i tempi si possono accorciare di molto facilmente. Nell'appartamento c'è veramente tutto, l'unica cosa, forse, magari, nella camera con l'appendiabiti senza armadio farebbe comodo una sedia o uno di quei supporti per poggiare la valigia.. ma assolutamente una necessità bypassabile con un po' di adattamento.

appartamento ampio con 2 stanze e 2 bagni ben disimpegnati
mancavano saponi bagno schiuma etc.... mancava la tavoletta del wc necessita di mezzo per raggiungere Flaminio (circa 20 minuti di tram) Ho pagato 326 euro
