The kids had an amazing time in the pool and we loved the area!

Like the other reviews already made clear it is really dated and in need of maintenance.

Really friendly and helpful staff made special efforts to help us when our car couldn't climb the icy driveway on arrival, and they provided complimentary shuttle service to and from Phoenix ski park for us every day. Our room was essentially a family apartment, complete with living room and kitchenette, and nice views of the mountains. Some Westerners may not like the relatively hard mattress on the bed and the futons in the second bedroom, but we have been living in Korea for over a year and are accustomed to Korean sleeping habits. The underfloor heating is great too, and very nice to sleep on! t would be a great place to visit in summer too, with a nice-looking swimming and relaxed camp vibe.

The steep icy driveway leading to the hotel was a challenge for our car and we needed help - but as mentioned above, the hotel staff were excellent in helping us out.
