Cosy, clean, good location and exceptional staff.

The room/unit was very cosy. Although simple, it accommodated to all my needs. It was thoroughly clean and inviting. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they have an adorable cat. Good location and designated onsite parking was appreciated.

Comfortable no frills stay

The hosts were so amazing, they messaged me to check when we would arrive and then sent a photo of our unit and confirmed where we could collect the key from. It just put my mind at ease which was great as we had just driven 3 hours so it was hassle free getting into our room. The room has everything you need, our room had a back porch area that we set up our fold out chairs on and just chilled each evening before bed.

We are not fussy people and seriously cannot fault anything.

Good for a basic stay

The location was close to where I needed to be. I really appreciated the owner staying upp and waiting for me to arrive - my flight was extremely late which impacted my arrival time. Nice basic amenities with loads of towels!

The bedroom and bathroom/shower areas were very small and felt confining. I slept in the lounge space which was an open space. A sofa would be a nice addition to be able to watch television comfortably. The wifi was intermittent, however, that could have been due to the not so good weather. It would have been nice to have milk in the fridge. I had to use UberEats to have that delivered.

Great five star motel

Fantastic hosts! Motel was clean, fresh and close to town, event and easy to go around Auckland. Friendly staff. Highly recommend to families or a weekend escape. Quiet and private. Staff were very accommodating and always made sure you had enough clean towels etc. went as a family and I'm parking was available and safe

Owner was so accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier as we were there for an event. Great hospitality and service. Rooms clean and had everything we needed in kitchen.

Could maybe put in blinds or curtains in kitchen window as you can see through at night when cooking etc, but overall good place to stay.

Great location with easy parking. Very basic studio room that suited my needs for a 1 night stay.

Location. Parking. Lovely helpful lady owner. High pressure hot shower and super comfortable bed. Can't complain for $106 a night in central Auckland. Perfect if you are just wanting a place to sleep and a hot shower. The fridge was unplugged when I arrived but being a bar fridge, it probably wouldn't take long to cool down

My only grizzle is the awful tea bags and sachets of powdered milk.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay

Comfortable. Ultra friendly staff. Room was very budget but very roomy. Loved the space. Glad to have dairy and bakery nearby. Bed comfy. Thankful for clean towels which were replaced without question like some accomodation.

Floor left a few worried thoughts in the head while walking around kitchen area. I would have loved to have a separate rubbish bin in either the toilet or bathroom for female personal things. Just seemed inappropriate to put in with kitchen things under bench.

Most appreciated the carport parking for the designated room. "Thank you" Room was serviced very promptly and thoroughly. The location was perfect, and shop directly across the rd, takeaways close by. They also have exterior surveillance cameras installed for extra security. Refurbished rooms, comfortable beds, and heatpump heating.

Amazing, great and awesome lol

we stayed here before and as always the experience has been amazing. Sam was very good to us when we arrived. We stayed in the Queen room I think it was, that had a kitchen and bathroom was bigger so it was enough space for us to move around. Area was good for us and we had our own parking space which was good. Heater was working fine and on the whole night. Good place to stay at! Owners were friendly!
