The hotel is very well located, in the historical center of Mardin. The building (a traditional stone house) offers a breathtaking view of the plain. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming, and helped us getting around the city and the region.
Everything was great except for the absence of air conditioning, the room was very hot in the summer.

Many stairs, very hot inside the room, poor amenities (just soap). No reception, no place to stay except inside the room.
The price is higher than others around that are much better.
