location was good but private parking was valet and we didn’t want anyone to drive our car so we had to walk quite far to park. staff were amazing and room was clean

1. The location is within walking distance of most major tourist attractions. In addition, there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers nearby.
2. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist.
3. The breakfast was satisfactory and offered good value for the price.
1. The soundproofing was inadequate, and noise from outside or neighboring rooms could be easily heard.
2. There was no quilt provided in my room.
3. The room was not as clean as expected upon check-in, as there were still visible footprint marks on the floor.

The rooms are beautifully designed with elegant décor and provide all the necessary amenities. The staff are highly experienced in their work and offer advice and assistance with sincerity, honesty, and professionalism.
The prices are reasonable and highly competitive, while the warm hospitality and the staff’s dedication to their work make the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful… Initially they gave me a room that was smelling of cigarette smoke - I complained and they prmptly and without fuss gave me a better room.
The place is clean and I‘d call it modern.
Breakfast is decent.
Make Non-Smoker rooms - where smoking is fully prohibited…
The room I had was exceptionally small - I mean really small. it wasn‘t uncomfortable - just really small. in fact this was one of the smallest hotel rooms I‘ve seen. I‘d say good for a few nights but not for a long stay.
