Amazing, would happily stay again.

The property itself is extremely spacious, its modern and very clean. It was comfortable, with a big sofa bed and a lot of facilities. Ivy had left us some breakfast and drinks, which was a lovely touch. As a host, he was fantastic. Very friendly, and took the time to come and collect us from the airport on arrival which was absolutely top.

Amazing stay in Turin

This is an exceptional property. It's sparkling clean and meticulously maintained. It's pretty big and has two balconies on each side of the building. Kitchen is small but it has absolutely everything for eating and even cooking at home. A big supermarket is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There is also a daily market on the next street. There are cafes and tabacchi where you can buy public transportation tickets nearby. It's very easy to reach the center city on a direct bus or a tram. It takes about 25 minutes. Public transportation is very efficient. Ivy is an amazing host. He is very helpful in absolutely everything that you might need and he responds to your questions right away. He is a very pleasant person to communicate with. This is one of the very best properties that we stayed in during many years of travelling all over the world. Thank you very much, Ivy!!!

Exceptional

The owner of the apartment was extremely nice (even if we were a bit later than expected). He showed us around flat, and also gave a lot of useful tips about Turin. Communication in English was really good. The apartment itself is amazing - very nicely decorated, clean and cozy with many facilities such as coffeemaker, dishwasher, washing machine, two TVs with the Internet and so on. We really enjoyed the stay here. I can truly recommend :)

Increíble lugar en Torino

El lugar es increíble! Muy bien cuidado y limpio, Ivano tuvo el cuidado de tener aún un poco de comida para nosotras en caso de llegar tarde y no encontrar dónde comprar. Las instalaciones son de lo mejor!! Nos habíamos quedado en otros lugares en Milán y Verona pero este en Turín, fue el mejor por mucho. Además, la atención por medio de mensaje fue siempre pronta y acertada. Se puede llegar por tram desde Porta Nuova de manera muy práctica. Muchas gracias por hacer de la estancia la mejor.

Consiglio vivamente di venire in questa casa se volete visitare Torino!

Posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram che permette di raggiungere comodamente il centro, con un supermercato proprio sotto casa, davvero pratico e comodo. La colazione e le chicche di benvenuto sono state eccezionali e tutt'altro che scontate. L'atmosfera era molto accogliente e Ivano è stato fantastico sia nell'accoglierci con grande disponibilità sia nello spiegarci tutto nei dettagli. Si percepisce chiaramente che fa tutto con passione e amore.

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti meno positivi, non si tratta di qualcosa legato direttamente alla casa in sé, quanto piuttosto al fatto che si trovi in un condominio. Non essendoci abituati, può risultare un po’ fastidioso sentire rumori come persone che urlano, la TV alta la sera tardi o passi pesanti provenienti dagli appartamenti vicini. L’unica piccola pecca dell’alloggio è l’assenza della cappa in cucina, che porta a un po’ di condensa sui mobili quando si cucina. Per il resto, però, è davvero tutto perfetto.

Mai avuta esperienza migliore!!

Non ci era MAI successo di trovarci così bene! È stato tutto perfetto, molto più di quello che potevamo desiderare. Ivano è stato una grandissima scoperta, super disponibile e gentile. Ci ha accolto il primo giorno mostrandoci la casa nei minimi dettagli, pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra esigenza, addirittura aveva lasciato per noi una piccola spesa per la colazione e per il pranzo. Ci ha permesso anche di anticipare il check in e posticipare il check out per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. La casa era pulitissima e spaziosa, calda e luminosa, l’avremmo voluta tutta per noi, davvero ci è dispiaciuto dover andare via! Speriamo di tornare il prima possibile e di conoscere più gente così piacevole e gentile
