Apt lumineux, bien agencé, avec accès facile aux transports en commun à environ 700 m pour aller au coeur de St Denis. Lave linge , lave vaisselle Parking gratuit
La bonne impression générale à l’arrivée est un peu mise à mal quand on rentre dans le détail, c’est dommage vu le potentiel. Une des manières d’accéder au bâtiment par la porte d’entrée est d’appeler au numéro d’apt , mais c’est seulement aux heures ouvrables que a priori on ne peut pas connaître . L’isolation phonique n’est pas top .

Trop loin des lieux de travail et des supermarches, bien que proche de l'UR. Difficile d'acces au transport en commun
A l'arrivee le lieu etait sale , on a du tout nettoyer de haut en bas et elever des restes de nourriture. Ne sachant pas comment fonctionnait la cle et le portail, l'entree etait difficile. Pour les dechets, on n'a pas ete informe commemt cela fonctionne et l'hote n'a pas repondu avec efficacite a nos demandes.
