1 Bedroom beautiful condo across Iloilo Esplanade

The bed was so comfortable, everything worked great. The person taking care of the place was very nice. spacious

issue with parking, but that got resolved. wifi, but cellular works great in the area

Perfect location, and there's a kitchen and manual washer available. Well-designed place for two people. It's ideal for long term stay as well. The neighborhood is safe and the guards are available 24/7. 5 mins away from Ilo-Ilo supermarket, Molo Plaza, Molo Mansion and 2 mins away from Esplanade! We love this ♥️

Almost perfect, a suggestion to remove the plastic of the beddings for a complete comfort of the guests, or put another beddings on top of it. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay in Ilo-Ilo! We will book again!

I liked the whole condo layout, and the amenities such as a microwave grill and fully equipped kitchen. The condo is spacious and has 2 AC units. The bed was very comfy and internet was available. The building is quite new and clean. The security was good. The location is excellent as you are right next to the beautiful esplanade and within walking distance to Molo church and plaza. Iloilo supermarket is a 2 minute ride away by motorbike. The view is gorgeous and romantic. House cleaning was done regularly and thoroughly. Unbeatable at the current rate.

I have no major complaints except for one cockroach that seemed to live in the kitchen cabinets. I only saw them 2 or 3 times at night. Other than that the stay was perfect.
