Apartamento El Naranjo

molto spaziosa , tabacchino supermercato ristoranti e bar tutti a 3 minuti di camminata,la lavatrice è stato un po un problema trovarla siccome non era dentro l’appartamento ma sulle scale appena si entra a sinistra ,zona molto tranquilla e accogliente , ci ritorneremo sicuramente 😊.

abbiamo trovato gli utensili da cucina sporchi , posate piatti padella pentole .

Amplísimo y completo. Cocina enorme. Muy agradable sofá del salón y televisión. La cama comodísima. Baño muy bueno. Garaje debajo, un plus. Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo a las afueras de la ciudad.

Está bien ubicado, es cómodo y la zona muy tranquila. Es el lugar perfecto para visitar Córdoba y sus alrededores

Pleasant location, quite quiet, with attractive 25 min walk down to centre, and good bus links back up the hill. Apartment is spacious and comfortable with lovely inner balcony area. Large comfy bed, Great shower...but see below!

This apartment could be truly amazing but so many small things were lacking/ sub standard - especially for the price being charged: a large kitchen (appealing as we love cooking) but with barely enough pots and pans; sharp chopping knife with a broken handle, no colander, sieve, large serving spoons/wooden spoons, oven gloves or any plastic food containers. The wooden doormat on the balcony has no anti-slip backing and slid straight across the tiled floor causing my partner to fall. The bedside lamps only glowed red and were utterly useless, the two other lamps in the apartment were broken/not working. One main kitchen ceiling light didn't work, another was held up with masking tape and 3 electrical plug sockets were hanging off the wall (2 in the bedroom!). The iron leaks a lot of water from around the base plate so the clothes ended up wetter than when we started! The room diffusers were overpoweringly strong so we put them out on the balcony! The shower - is a great shower BUT because it is a standard size tray, with NO door or curtain, A LOT of water splashes out onto the floor and end of the sink cabinet! There are 2 (yes, 2!) sofas in the bedroom but no chest of drawers or cabinet to put underwear/tops etc in and a top surface to put other toiletries etc on, so we ended up putting our stuff on the sofas instead of sitting on them! The giant clock on the living room wall doesn't work and the screw holding it up is very loose. Sadly this apartment has been styled to look great but feels like it hasn't been practically lived in despite Yupihome's claim on their website that they check and test all their apartments to meet certain standards.... They also claim to listen and respond to their customers but I have had no reply to my message raising these concerns - some of which are safety issues. IF these issues were addressed and fixed I would certainly recommend the apartment, but unfortunately not until then.
