Appartement très bien situé avec vue sur le lac marin et très proche des commerces.
L'atout majeur de cet appartement est sa grande terrasse !! La cuisine est également très bien équipée.
La salle d'eau a été refaite à neuf et est très jolie. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais c'est largement suffisant pour les vacances .

location parfaite pour 4 personnes, Bien équipée et disposant d'une situation très agréable. Près du lac, des restaurants, des commerces. Nul besoin de voiture une fois installé, nous disposons de tout dans un rayon très réduit. Vieux Boucau est très animé tous les jours. Il faut aimer un peu le monde car il y en a. Nous qui habitons la campagne toute l'année cela fait un bien fou.

Cet appartement est très bien situé. Il est proche de la plage, à côté du lac et de tous les commerces. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Il est très bien équipé et le propriétaire est très gentil. Seul petit bémol la chambre cabine qui n'a pas de porte. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine malgré le temps qui était loin d'être estival.
