About this house rental
The house is a new construction, finished, furnished and equipped with every comfort.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area composed of a kitchen and a sitting area with a double sofa bed. There is a bathroom with shower. Outside it is possible to have a small private garden with a terrace furnished with a table for dining / dining in the open air or simply relaxing in the outdoor armchairs. There are barbeque and outdoor shower. The house is equipped with washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron, toaster and kettle. There are independent natural gas heaters. It is especially recommended for families. The house is equipped with Wi-fi.
A five minute walk from Mondello beach, the center of the village and the main stop for public transport. The area is served by supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and pharmacies.

Perfect spot for a winter week of sunshine. Perfect host who checked on our comfort regularly during our stay, and organised taxis when needed. Great situation, just 5 mins walk to everything. All amenities were there for the two of us. Thanks Roberta

Communication from beginning to end very good. Roberta had purchased a few grocery items that awaited my arrival which I was grateful for because after long hours of flying I just wanted to sleep.
She met me at the train station, drove me to the property and showed me how everything works. She arranged for a taxi to take me grocery shopping the next day and then she picked me up and took me back to my “home”. She was very responsive anytime I had a question or suggestion. She even helped me find a doctor when I unexpectantly became incapacitated, arranged for transportation to the doctor, and helped me cancel all of my accommodations, tours and car rental that I had booked for a couple weeks down the road as I was unable to keep them.
The property is nice for a couple and has a couch that opens out into a bed for 2 more, although you’d need to close up that bed every day to be able to move around in the living space. Small table for dining, limited counter space, fridge and freezer, washer & dryer, nice shower, extra linens.
Bottom line: it was perfect for me and Roberta went above and beyond to assist in all ways. Btw, very nice patio with large table, chairs, umbrella and additional seating.

Our stay at Roberta’s house has been amazing. The house is very clean, has a fabulous outdoor space and is very well situated. The beach, restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance.
Roberta is a great host. The communication has been easy and she was a great help with transfers to Mondellos and also recommendations for restaurants, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book again!
