Chalupa má skvělou polohu na pěší výlety, krb v obývací části je super. Tichá lokalita.
Vybavení je velmi základní, některé části by potřebovaly nutně opravit (klika u dolního pokoje, stolek u pohovky, atd.). Bojler kapacitně stačí tak na umytí 2 lidí, tlak vody malý. Vnitřní prostory by už zasloužily výrazný face-lift, je to hodně velké retro.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich schön. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum. Für Freunde uriger Einrichtung eine Freude.
Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber der allgemeine Zustand des Objekts ist stark überholungsbedürftig, enorm hellhörig und zum Teil auch schon nicht mehr wirklich guten Gewissens Vermietbar. Dazu zählen die Betten und Sanitäranlagen.
