Location is good not great. Excellent neighborhood but rooms that face the street make it difficult to enjoy the balcony. Major artery road very close produces significant noise. Also, while it's close to everything, it's not in the mix. Everything is a short walk. Very basic. Apartment vs. Hotel.

Before I arrived, I've reached out to the property to ask for a couple favours and they were more than accommodating and adjusted the room accordingly, which made my stay absolutely perfect. Even during my stay, whenever I needed some help or fix something, they would resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes.

There was a small, non-essential detail with the heater making some noise, which I didn’t mention during my stay. The hosts were otherwise incredibly attentive and thoughtful and I have no doubt they would have gladly addressed it if I had brought it up.

Great location, very good design, very clean, room looked exactly like in the pictures. Beautiful and spacious balcony. Very easy check-in process. Gym and library was also a nice touch.

Very basic, not worth the cost

Clean and modern

The room is very small and uncomfortable, with no proper soundproofing. The closet is too short to accommodate dresses. The shower head is fixed and inconvenient, and there is only one small bin in the bathroom. Overall, the facilities feel very basic, comparable to a one-star hotel, and not worth the price paid.

We stayed here twice

From most to least important: Safety: safe neighborhood, safe entry, safe access. Comfort: the 2B+2B is perfect for our 5ember family, beds and sofa bed are VERY comfortable. Cleanliness: very clean all around!! Quiet: very good night sleep. Support: staff is very helpful, the offer laundry service, Wi-Fi, printing, office space. Accessibility: it's suitable for people with limited mobility, from the elevator to the zero-entry showers. A Pool table !!

If you are picky, you should know: Hot water: regulating the water temperature for the shower is an art, but manageable. Storage space: there are no closets and limited hooks on the bathroom wall. You need to be organized. No A/C, but we went at a time when you actually needed covers.

No breakfast served or offered. I liked everything regarding the property except that they did not let you in until 3:00 They stored my baggage ok, the door security people super nice.

They should have a couple of rooms ready for the ones like me that arrive very early due to the airline timing.

Great remodeled building, location, everything is close walking distance. The guards are the best!

Ana building just remodeled is awesome, decoration, terraces, location, near Parque Lincoln and Polanco area, awesome. Restaurants, mall, main avenues, all is available at the neighborhood just walk distance. Guards at the entrance take care about the people as no one else.

People at front desk they spend the whole day at the mobile, I asked for an iron machine and there were no way to get one, doesn't make sense that if those are suites, just have one for all the apartments. I stay on December 2022 and girls at front desk were amazing taking care of everything. Now two guys at the mobile, Elevator was broken the last day I had to carry my heavy suitcase 7 floors.

Perfect

This property is a good find, with very helpful staff (especially the weekday afternoon receptionist). It is superbly clean and the wooden balconies make the experience more unique. As it is located in Polanco it is within walking distance from various posh restaurants but Polanco is far from downtown CDMX as expected. Nice shampoo too. I would recommend this property.

What would have improved the experience is introducing the following in rooms: 1) a trash bin in the actual bedroom (currently only 1 in the bathroom is available), 2) a minibar or mini fridge, 3) a kettle for coffee or tea.

This could be a great property if they had HVAC but unfortunately that was an overreaching BAD element of my stay and it effected me the next week as well because I became very sick, couldn't talk because of my coughing and sore throat and I talk for a living. Severely impacted me in the following week as well as very uncomfortable while i was at the property.
