Clean place to stay with all the basics
No staff in the lobby, no access to Waterpark without paying for it separately

It was comfortable and enjoyed the spacious space.
It was a little confusing to find the area of reservation. Many people where lost and most of us help each other out to where park and find information.

Pretty good location. Looking out the patio there were trees and river/stream
There were no plastic cups or coffee cups, yet there was a coffee machine and coffee. Called to see if we could get cups…was told “that is not in your contract”. Ice machines were not working, except on floor 4 and that is by luck we found that out. TV was very old.
These items are small and would go a long way, but the management company could have cared less. Poor customer service.
Was talking to another person and she said the same thing. Said she was never going to stay there again. I agree with her. It is a property I will not go back to
