Nothing to like about property, it was not clean not maintained

I was there for 2 days room was small Not cleaned, you can not find property easily, key was missing of my room i had to leave unlocked i told them toh change the blanket but they said we don’t have laundry right now we will change it tomorrow but they didn’t

Location is good for staying... However i didnot get break fast on time.... All the times i will have to call the reception/ go and stand infront of them for getting it...... Break fast is delay unless we inform them multiple times not provided....

First of all contact number/ reception mobile number is not given to the customer which is challenging way to find the location/ hotel at night times is very difficult for the ones who will be coming from other states of India. Customer care number will not work only. No escalation matrix is provided to escalate..... I have requested for extnesions of stay, initially they have agreed but on the date of check out staff has informed me that no rooms are available which was on shorter note where i felt unsecrued and unhappy since iam from out of state. Food billing, they have charged me more but however we have asked them to refund & got the amount in handy during check out day....
