Die Lage ist super, fünf Minuten zur Gondel, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Der See ist wunderschön. Als die Spülmaschine defekt war, kam sofort ein Techniker, das war sehr toll!

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: in der Küche fehlt über der Spüle Licht.

Lokalizacja ok. 300 m od kolejki oraz ok. 500 m od jeziora 200 m. od sklepu, pizzeria w budynku, przyjemne wyposażenie apartamentu (z zastrzeżeniami co do oświetlenia) duży balkon chociaż także duży hałas od ulicy

Brak windy w budynku (III piętro) brud na klatce schodowej (niby sąsiadów się nie wybiera) , narciarnia a raczej jej brak. Komórka na poziomie -1 do której dostęp utrudniony przez rower (chyba sąsiada) nie posiadła nawet stojaka na buty nie mówiąc o suszarce. Lista wymagań dotyczących lokalu w której nie było żadnych przydatnych informacji dotyczących np. parkowania lub też szczegółowej lokalizacji punktu odbioru odpadów. Oświetlenie w tzw. salonie które przypominało pokój przesłuchań (chyba powinno być regulowane ale coś co przypominało pilot nie działało - zero informacji w instrukcji). Duchota w obiekcie umiejscowienie grzejników wyposażonych w mierniki temperatury powodowało że otworzenie okna celem przewietrzenia skutkowało wzrostem temperatury grzejnika co zwiększało dyskomfort. W sumie jednak nie było najgorzej. Chyba najgorszy brud dookoła zupełnie jak nie Austria

Apartment location was really good

Parking - there was no parking available, the nearest one was 36eur per day, which was very expensive at the end of the trip. Also the rubbish and recycling - this really ruined our stay, as apartment owners demanded us to recycle and bring trash to the other side of the town manually! This was ridiculous, they also provided a single bin with single bag, while asked us (4x adults staying week, while providing 1 bin bag for the whole week) to separate trash in 4 ways. This was ridiculous and really made our stay very uncomfortable. If the recycling is needed: 1st, they should make sure they provide bin at home that has all 4x sections, enough bags, and bins at the property, not other side of the town! never experienced this before, and was really uncomfortable.

The neighborhood is lovely, the accomodation is right under the mountains and it is easy to access. There are cable car stations nearby where you can get up to the mountain tops easy and fast. There are shops and restaurants nearby not to mention the lake.

The lack of parking space is frustrating (altough it was not kept a secret) a bit but the parking is not expensive (mobile parking was way too hard to setup so we had to toss in coins like in the last century :). The apartment is mostly equipped but there are some things which we missed a lot (eg. garbage bag, it is not easy to buy some on a national holiday).
