Apartment Steinsgård-Maura

The apartment was very clean. Pristine. The view from the window was beautiful, with horses grazing. It was a very relaxing place to stay, with trees all around and a green field. Breakfast was bountyful and tasty. The place is only 15 minutes away from the airport, by car, which was very convenient for us. The hostess was very forthcoming and easy to talk to. We managed to squeeze in a trip to Gåfossen, a river with a waterfall, 12 min drive from the apartment. If you have time, I recommend checking it out.

We had the pleasure to be at Doris's home.. It is a lovely, spacious, comfortable and warm apartment with a super comfortable bed! Outside there is a beautiful view fully green with lots of trees and horses. We were there only for one night and sad to leave.. As we would have loved to stay longer! Besides the place, Doris and her husband are incredible hosts, we arrived late and she was waiting for us to welcome and show us around the unit. She prepared a delicious breakfast as well! Her kindness and attention went far beyond of what anybody could expect! We were more than pleased to stay at her accommodation, and if we will be back to Oslo, we will return to her without any hesitation. Best place & HOST ever. Thank you Doris for ALL!

The location is beautiful and the hosts, Doris and Rune, super friendly and helpful. The unit is well equipped and a lot of supermarkets are very close.
