Великий плюс те, що э генератор у будівлі, тож ліфти та вода працюють незалежно від відключень. Також є хочаб якесь опалення. Начеб то все є і прасували на дошка, посуд, фен. Для однієї людини місця достатньо: є і столик для роботи /їжі і маленька кухня.
Дуже високо, 24 поверх. Під час прольотів трясуться стіни (це від власників не залежить, але щось, на що потрібно повернути увагу при бронюванні). Від метро десь хвилин 25 пішки, взимку досить далеченько. Я зупинялася 2 тижні, достатньо не зручно на довгий період. В готелі і рушники б поміняли і туалетний папір принесли, за ті самі гроші. Тобто на короткий час - ок.

Працюючі ліфт, гаряча вода, опалення та інтернет під час відключення електроенергії (будинок має свій генератор). Дуже тепло, але батарея регулюється, можна зробити комфортну вам температуру, чисто. Гарний вид з вікна. До АТБ 7 хв пішки, барбершоп в 10 хв, відділення нової пошти - 15 хв (також є поштомат безпосередньо в будинку), метро - 20 хв пішки.
Дуже чутно, якщо хтось розмовляє на поверсі. Відсутні одноразові капці, недостатня кількість рушників на двох осіб (два великих і один маленький). Відсутність змінного комплекту постільної білизни, це важливо, якщо ви заїжджаєте не на пару днів. Телевізор без зʼєднання з Інтернетом. Відсутність нічних світильників у кімнаті, щоб не вмикати основне світло.
