Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment. The Christmas decor was lovely. Stunning views of the mountains and sea in the enormous balcony. Loved watching the birds, and our visits from Pablo the pigeon every day. Very central with bus stop right outside. Really enjoyed Christmas in Benalmadena.

Shower was difficult to set to a decent temperature.

A great location, very convenient for shopping and the beach. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Jose was very helpful and looked after us well. The terrace is very spacious with loungers and a table and chairs.

Nothing. An outdoor cooking facility would be a great addition to this apartment as there is a sink and plugs outside.

- Bezeichnug "Penthouse" ist Irreführung: tatsächlich Apartement im 2. Stock, neben weiteren Wohnungen/Apertements - Die Lage an einer verkehrsreichen Kreuzung und dem entsprechende Lärmbelästigung - Fußballkneipe unter dem Apartment: man erlebt jedes Tor mit - gelegentliche Geruchsbelästigung - Kommunikation zwischen Eigentümer und Personal wird von ersterem offensichtlich nur sparsam betrieben - Sauberkeit: Mängel in Schubladen und Brille des Klos - Betrieb der Klimaanlage erfordert permanenten Münzeinwurf - extreme Parksituation; Parken in Tiefgarage 105 €/14 Tage
