Minimalist Cozy Condo Studio Unit in Grand Residences Cebu

We had an absolutely amazing stay, thanks to the wonderful hosts who were incredibly communicative and supportive throughout our entire visit. The accommodations were simply perfect for our needs. The city view was absolutely stunning, especially during the holidays, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking sight of fireworks from the balcony. The amenities provided made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the hot water for relaxing showers, as well as the gym and laundry services available on the premises. Our room was equipped with a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, a nice-sized TV, and a kitchenette complete with a good fridge, microwave, and ample cabinet space for food storage. One of the highlights was the condo's Netflix account, which was a delightful bonus that made our long stay even more enjoyable. The host was truly amazing and very responsive to our needs, ensuring that everything went smoothly during our stay. We are already looking forward to returning and booking this residence again soon. We wanted to share some insights we encountered regarding the transportation and dining experience during the holiday season, specifically around Christmas, New Year’s, and the Sinulog festivals. We found that obtaining a Grab or Taxi during these periods can be quite challenging. The demand is high and availability can be limited, making it a bit stressful to get around. Similarly, food delivery services also face challenges, especially on New Year’s Eve and during the Sinulog festival. To avoid any inconvenience, we would highly recommend renting a motorbike if you can. This offers a lot more flexibility and ease of movement during these busy times. In addition, it might be a good idea to stock up your fridge with essentials ahead of time, so you are well-prepared if delivery services are delayed or unavailable. On a positive note, there are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. So even if transportation and delivery options are limited, you still have great dining options nearby.
