Spacious apartment, large living area. Nearby grocery stores . Elevator and private parking is a big plus. Good views. Windows and balcony doors have a screen to prevent flies entry, nice bathrooms. Kitchen missing many items, there’s a microwave and also you will get two water cooling air conditioning units, very effective in keeping your room cool. The host is super, very cooperative and always in good communication with us.
I strongly suggest to the host to emphasize on better cleaning services, I believe that the cleaning agent has to be monitored. We found so much dirt under bathroom cabinets, bed sheets, pillows. Dust on floor.kitchen items not well cleaned, some with stains. Bathroom cabinets mirror is really very close to your face if want to wash!! Above the sink. Building constraints is going on nearby, really noisy. It would be better if kitchen is equipped with bread toaster. No laundry machine. Overall, the place is nice.

Das Apartment (Größe, Zimmeraufteilung) selbst sowie die Lage waren toll.
Der Host Lukas war für uns nach Ankunft nicht mehr erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit im Apartment ließ zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere in der Küche. Die Spülmaschine hat extrem gerochen und war voll mit Essenresten. Wir baten darum das zu heben, aber leider kam keinerlei Rückmeldung. Bis heute nicht. Zudem fehlten Basics wie Küchenrolle und Spültabs. Mehrere Silberfische waren in der Wohnung, was nicht gerade zum Wohlfühlfaktor beigetragen hat.
