1. Location - TESCO and restaurants in walk distance of 10 min. All lifts and routes in drive distance of 10 min. Silence - near to centrum but at a parallel street which is not so heavy used.
2. Host - nice, helpful, communicative. He lives in a property so the support is immediate.
3. the property itself is externally newly refurbished old house and very beautifull. The host cares for it and this is visible. Internally the equippment is not as new but its clean and complete. We had our comfort.
the property description on the booking page is not clear enough. The "house' offer means in reality 'half-house-appartment' which shares communication with other appartments. At start we were supprised booking a 'house' and then seeing other guests running around. As we had our privacy i see it as a minor problem which does not affect the overall great impression.
