LA VISTA, MARAVILLOSA
EL DEPARTAMENTO ES BASTANTE ANTIGUO, PERO FUNCIONABA CASI TODO Y ESTA LIMPIO. EL CALEFÓN GOTEABA. EL TERMOVENTILADOR ESTABA ROTO. LA PERSONA QUE NOS ATENDIÓ MUY BIEN A PESAR DE QUE NO LA VIMOS. TODAS LAS CONVERSACIONES POR CELULAR

El lugar es increíblemente bello, sin duda, una vista envidiable, muchos jardines, senderos, excelente acceso a playa, todo muy ordenado y limpio. El departamento posee una distribución muy acogedora, es muy amplio, con terrazas amplias si deseas sentarte a disfrutar la vista. Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios, a excepción de las toallas y sábanas.
En general las instalaciones son antiguas, y se ven deterioradas, es un recinto con cerca de 30 años, la grifería y otros servicios están desgastados, para los que esperan servicios tipo hotel. No creo que sea el lugar adecuado para los que usamos Booking, ya que todavía hay residentes que lo ven como exclusivo, y que a estas alturas no da para eso. Ojala se abriera más al enfoque Booking, ya que en la zona prácticamente no hay hoteles. Sin embargo el lugar es bello y el departamento posee lo necesario para una grata estancia en la zona.

La vista, ubicación cercana a la playa y la seguridad. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre estuvieron atentos a dudas y requerimientos. El restaurant Cannoli de la playa delicioso.
Algunas telas de araña tras las cortinas y calefont con desperfectos, funcionaba, pero goteaba. Lo fue a ver un gasfiter pero no tenía solución. Se debe considerar el IVA al precio del arriendo.
