Is you plan on literally just sleep in a place it’s fine to stay here. If you plan being in your apartment long don’t stay here

Leaving, that's the only thing I liked, because it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The office was supposed to be opened till 6:00, I got there at 5:00 the door was locked,and was there till 5:45 calling and no one would answer the phone, they wanted to charge me again for the room saying that I never paid thank God I had the reservation payments in my email that I show them, they were very rude, the room was disgusting, the sheets has stains on them, there was food still in the refrigerator from the people that stood there before me, there was no towels or soap or toothpaste, the TV didn't work , it didn't have a remote, I turned it on by the side button, and all it said was no signal, the blinds were broken you can see in through the balcony, the dresser drawers were broken, the top of the dressers were peeled off,the room smelled like dirty wet dog, I couldn't stay there for the two nights that I paid for because it triggered my asthma, it was the worst experience ever, I do not recommend it to anyone no matter how cheap the price, it is not worth it, it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I shared my pictures on Google maps you guys can go there and see what I'm talking about.

We paid online booking.com when we got there, nobody was there, also they didn't answer the phone, we were stranded with out a room, had to book somewhere else on boardwalk, cost us extra $4000.00 we didn't plain for, still haven't got a refund 😞

Room was not clean, no sheets or blanket on the bed an roaches and small bugs everywhere. We didn’t stay, left after seeing all the bugs. I would like to a refund since we didn’t get to spend the night because of bugs all over the room.

Nothing it was horrible!

No toilet paper or towels. They tried to put us in the wrong room! There was roaches in the room!

Pretty much nothing. Had it been an acceptable place to stay, it had a decent location BUT it was absolutely ghastly.

Everything. It was dirty, run down, looked like something out of a war zone. Garbage everywhere and cockroaches in the bathroom. I took a couple of videos but there is not the facility to upload them here it seems. Also, there was no one around at check out. I wish to make a complaint about this stay and seek recompense.

The ONLY likable thing about this place is the location.

1. The office for the hotel is at their other property “the Caroline” a few blocks over. They don’t answer the phone so you have to go blocks just to go to the office for something. 2. My reservation was made for and clearly says for 3 adults, and that I’m paying for a “deluxe queen studio” which includes a queen bed and a sofa bed… That’s NOT at all what we got when we got in the room. There was ONLY ONE bed, no sofa bed. There were NO toiletries available, like the reservation states that they provide at no charge. I tried to have them change rooms to fix the problem. Nothing could be done, and toilet paper and towels would be brought over to me after the towels were done in the dryer along with a neighbor/guest next to my room.. WE ARE STILL WAITING!!! 3. The room was dirty, dirt and dead roaches just left on the floor. When I requested a broom to clean it myself, I was told house keeping had and would be brought to me after. Still WAITING!!! 4. The bathroom door doesn’t fit the frame so it won’t close all the way for privacy, or when you do get it to shut all the way it gets stuck.. then when your able to get it open pieces of the ceiling fall on you. 5. The building itself looks run down and falling apart. 6. Debris and garbage covering the front wall way of the building makes it look really bad, not to mention the hazards and injuries it could cause. Very unsafe and a major eyesore.. 7. Then the Wi-Fi does not work at all in the room. We have to be outside to connect and use the Wi-Fi. I am sooo disgusted and disappointed in this stay. I didn’t get ANYTHING that they charged me for. To make matters worse MY BROTHER SLEPT IN our vehicle cause they couldn’t accommodate us. Something NEEDS to be done to try and fix this… I waisted money my money, and couldn’t spend more to go to a better place. This was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR NOBODY!!!
