Very nice houseboat experience in Novigrad

It way a very cool experience staying on the houseboat, the place looked great, AC was working amazingly the whole time, the upstairs area was awesome for relaxing. As it’s located further away from the marina, be prepared for a longer walk. The kitchen has all necessary pots, cutlery and even a coffee machine, however no coffee filters or spices, which is anyway totally fine. All in all, everything was really nice.

When we arrived, the place wasn’t super clean, there was a lot of dust on the floor everywhere. Also, if you’re only staying a few days, the jacuzzi water won’t be cleaned, just FYI.

clean. Sea view is very good.

No big complains but: Check in only possible after 17:00 and check out must be before 10:00 .. this means you practically almost pay one more day which you do not stay. Parking costs 18 € per day and about 10 minutes walk from the house. But we got used to it.

About 15 minute walk from the parking to the boat house. If you cannot stand motion sickness, then boat house is not for you. The boat house get slight rocky in the morning and evening when those large and small boat comes in and out of the pier.

Exceptional view

It is an extraordinary experience to stay in a houseboat with a view of the open sea, of the marina where it is located and of a lovely village. I loved having my morning coffee on the small terrace in the extension of my room, feet in the water, and the aperitif on the large terrace with a view of the sunset in the sea. The beaches are very nearby, as well as the long promenade by the sea.

-It is urgent to secure the entrance to the floating house! The house is about 50 cm from the shore and it is not possible to bring it closer to the shore like a boat. There is no bridge connecting the house and the shore, nor a support to hold on to, so you have to jump from the shore to the house with a great risk of slipping. -The steps to climb into the jacuzzi are missing. -The equipment is of high quality, but there is no microwave, toaster and kettle for optimal comfort.

Abenteuerlich

Die Begrüßung war unfreundlich und wir wurden schnell angefertigt. Auf die Schlüsselübergabe für das Floating House wurde beinahe vergessen. Da die Brücke aufgrund des schlechten Wetters nicht benutzbar war mussten wir am Anreisetsg 90 min auf den Marinero warten….unzumutbar. Auch während des Aufenthaltes mussten wir immer wieder lange Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen. Der Abstand vom Steg zum Hausboot war so groß, dass ein hinüberkommen nur mittels Holzbrett möglich war. Im großen und ganzen ein guter und abenteuerlicher Urlaub und was man auch nicht vergessen darf, es schaukelt permanent, sozusagen den ganzen Tag auf der Welle, im Hausboot und an Land. S

Schöner Ausblick mit Nachbesserungsbedarf

Der Ausblick ist grandios und die Unterkunft ein Erlebnis. Küche ist schön gross und es gibt einen Geschirrspüler. Bequeme Betten und Klimaanlage.

In punkto Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Gästeinfo sollte nachgebessert werden. Fliegengitter bei der Eingangstüre wäre wünschenswert, die Fenster und Türen waren sehr schwergängig. Leider wurde nach kurzer Zeit das Wasser des Whirlpools grün (lt. Vermieter durch Falschbenutzung bei Regen, wir haben aber selber eins zuhause und wissen wie man sich verhält) und man konnte nur einen teuren Wasserwechsel vornehmen lassen. Als ein Unwetter kam wurden wir nicht informiert, dass man per Boot geholt wird, die Infos am Hausboot sind leider nicht ausreichend, schön wäre eine kleine Einschulung. Man bekommt leider nur den Schlüssel in der Marina in die Hand gedrückt. Im Sommer liegen die Boote sehr eng, ohne Sichtschutz. Fahrräder sollten zur Verfügung gestellt werden, da die Wege sehr weit sind.

Der lange Weg dorthin, der Zustieg auf das Boot. Die Hausboote stehen zu knapp beieinander. Das Wasser im Whirlpool wurde zu schnell trüb, trotz vorigen duschen. Filterkaffeemaschine. Personal an der Rezeption nicht sehr freundlich.

Dass es keine gute Möglichkeit gab vom Steg auf das Boot zu kommen, da der Abstand von Steg aufs Boot doch ca 1m war und nich dazu nach unten steigen musste bzw. auf die Treppe. Mit Gepäck und Hund etwas mühsam.

Eccelente

Struttura è molto bella e accogliente, all’interno cè tutto necessario. La vista mozzafiato, posto molto tranquillo e rilassante. La spiaggia si trova a 500 metri, nonostante la spiaggia è gratuita, comunque è attrezzata con dei lettini. Anche il posto mi è piaciuto, in zona ci sono molti divertimenti, per piu piccoli e per più grandi. In breve, torneremo di sicuro. L’unica affermazione che posso fare è che la casetta non è adatta per le famiglie con bambini molto piccoli

extrem weite Wege - sehr unfreundliche Empfang im Hotel - da kommt man sich beim Check in schon vor wie ein Aussätziger…. Keinerlei Hilfe mit dem Gepäck. Wir hatten Regen und Sturm. Der Steg war geschlossen. Nach einer lange Nacht im Auto mussten wir immer noch viele Stunden warten. Keine Höflichkeit, keine Hilfe nichts. Ich habe eine Frau mit einem Kleinkind allein zu den Booten gehen sehen mit zwei Koffern. Niemand hat ihr angeboten, sie zu begleiten oder eine kleine Hilfe zu leisten. Das finde ich schon sehr, sehr traurig. An der Hotel Rezeption sehr sehr arrogantes Personal . Unser Boot war ziemlich weit weg. Für mich wäre es alleine nicht möglich gewesen das Boot zu erreichen. Dann gab es ein Brett. Das musste man von Boot Nummer eins zur Boot Nummer 14 oder Brute Nummer 20 tragen. Es ist sehr ausbaufähig, vielleicht mit einem Marinero oder einem Shuttle-Service abends noch mal die Leute zu fahren auch gerne gegen Bezahlung.

Tolle und ungewöhnliche Unterkunft

Das Boot ist außergewöhnlich. Ein guter Platz um Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen zB im Whirlpool sitzend. Die Ausstattung des Bootes ist gut, alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Wohnräume waren sauber.

Die Boote stehen sehr eng zusammen, mit Nachbarn ist die Privatsphäre nicht möglich. Wir hatten Glück, keine zu haben. Der Weg in den Ort ist sehr lange. Parken in der Marina ist teuer, wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass es außerhalb wesentlich günstiger ist.

Annorlunda boende

Själva husbåten var jättefin och vid fint väder var läget jättebra. Men eftersom det var blåsigt när vi var där så stängdes den lilla bron till fastlandet och man fick ringa marinan att bli hämtad med båt. Så ett tips om man som vi hade cyklar med är att ställa dem utanför bron. Båten hade gott om plats och soldäcket med jacuzzi var toppen. Bra att det fanns allmän parkering på vägen mot restaurang Tri Palme och utanför den för 7 euro per dygn och där man kunde betala med appen Bmove.

Båten låg drygt en meter från kajen så det var nästan omöjligt att komma på och av. Vi fick göra som många andra och hitta en planka för varken marinan eller kundtjänst för båtarna tyckte det var ett problem. Kundtjänsten sa att ”vadå, det är ju en båt och bara ett litet steg” och ”ingen annan har klagat” men de andra gästerna vi pratade med hade också klagat och man ser ju på recensioner här att fler upplevt problem.Vissa båtar låg lite närmre men de flesta vi pratade med hade problem. Troligen inte mest båtmänniskor som bokar dessa. För oss fungerade det bra med båtarna som hämtade och lämnade oss när bron var stängd i princip hela tiden men någon hade fått vänta en timme. Så en fast bro hade varit bättre. Det hade varit lätt att göra gästerna mer nöjda genom att erbjuda en landgång och sätta dit en fast bro för det drar ner betyget.

Urlaub etwas anders. Einzigartige Ambiente. Alles wie in den Beschreibungen, keine Überraschungen. Wir wurden auf günstigere Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hafen aufmerksam gemacht. 4€-5,30€ statt 18€.

Längere Wege..... dafür erste Reihe und Top Lage. Wir haben dies eher positiv bewertet. Extra Spaziergang zum Parkautomaten wegen Tagesticket für Sparer ;-) ...bis 6.00Uhr in der früh. Meistens haben wir dies um Mitternacht erledigt und konnten länger schlafen.

Toll, aber nicht für körperlich eingeschränktere Menschen

Tolles Erlebnis! Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Am Boot findet man alles, was man braucht. (Kaffeemaschine-Filter, Geschirr, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Geschirrspültaps, Handtücher,...) Generell eine super Lage. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Hier findet man alles was man braucht. Whirlpool am Deck mit Blick aufs Meer - TRAUMHAFT!

Waren mit den Eltern meines Mannes (60 & 70) der Vater, körperlich nicht mehr ganz so fit bzw. nicht mehr ganz so sicher beim gehen... 1. Hürde war die wackelige Brücke um zu den Booten zu gelangen und die 2. Hürde aufs Boot zu kommen. (Da wir damit gerechnet haben, dass es eventuell schwierig wird, haben wir uns vor Buchung informiert und uns wurde gesagt, es sei kein Problem...) ohne meinen Mann und meinen Schwager, wäre mein Schwiegervater nicht aufs Boot gekommen. (Haben ihn rüber gehoben!) Die wackelige Brücke - OHNE Möglichkeit sich irgendwo festzuhalten (würde die Überquerung definitiv erleichtern), haben wir mit ihm überquert, indem er in einen der Gepäcktransportwagen gesessen hat. (Hier haben auch mein Mann und Schwager das ziehen/schieben übernommen) Definitiv nichts für Menschen, welche körperlich nicht mehr fit sind. Am 2. Tag, nach einem Gewitter, war die Brücke defekt...hier hätte man, den Bewohnern der Boote, bescheid geben können. (👍 Kostenloser Shuttleservice mit "Schlauchboot" - hier ist der Zugang kein Problem!)
